Mill Rural Heritage will be having a Fundraising dinner at the Lebanon
Elks Lodge, Saturday November 14, 2009 from 5pm to 8pm.
Tickets for the “All You Can Eat” Italian dinner are $10.00 each. Menu items include Spaghetti, Lasagna, Salad and Garlic Bread. There will be a 50/50 Drawing, Silent Auction and Door Prizes. September 22, 2009 UpDate Scroggins Mill Rural Heritage is pleased to announce that an unnamed donor has graciously agreed to lend the Scroggins Mill Rural Heritage $124,000 to purchase the property the Mill is located on. Further donations are needed to help pay for a survey of the property and closing costs of the loan. Scroggins Mill Rural Heritage is asking for your help in preserving one of Linn County’s important historic 1880’s agricultural buildings. Howdy All, Please help get the word out that the Work Party scheduled for March 21st has been postponed due to Union Pacific not wanting anyone entering OUR building. This action by Union Pacific only underlines the urgent need for us to get 'Grants and Loans' ASAP so that we can continue with our project to Restore and Preserve one of our greatest examples of our Rural Heritage.
