Mission Statement

 
Scroggins Mill Rural Heritage Foundation is a not-for-profit,
tax-exempt corporation established to educate, and to interpret and
preserve the history of Linn County and Oregon as a Agricultural
Industry.The goal is to provide a first class educational opportunity
that showcases our rural heritage and also looks into the future
of Oregon agriculture and its effects upon out culture, and to allow
individuals develop beyond a basic understanding of mill technology.
